A girl 4 year old living Yunan Province ,China  were 10 dogs bite breaks all her body after her walk alone outside house to play with her friend near house ,but dog owner's refused for compensation even the treatment . This girl is currently receiving treatment in the emergency room in Children's Hospital .Doctor take 3 hours for the wound sew on chest back and her head .
