A girl drink 12 sleeping pills was unconscious because they could not sleep .A girl victim name's Leang Sreymouy ,age 15 is a student 7th grade of Hun Sen Krouv High School . She was said that every night ,she could not sleep because of neighbors drinking alcohol and singing, dancing from the evening until late at night. Later,she go to buy some sleeping pills and take it on that night.
