Pailin prison is still lacking to clean water for use daily

Prisoners and prison guards are total 200 peoples ,the lack of use water daily , then the new Pailin prison is just completed at Pout Mountain in Beng prolit Village ,Steng Kach Commune ,Sala Krouv District .

They must to pump a pond more than 100 meter into another pond near the prison for use everyday ,because there are no wells or clean water yet.
