Vietnam sent tanks, armored, artillery and weapons to the border between Cambodia and Vietnam .
According to a website in Vietnamese name viendongdaily.com was said the Communist Party of Vietnam sents the weapons to the South Border because 1/ For the deal with disputes in the South China Sea ,2/ For the cope with the situation tension the border with Cambodia.
