Father have a new couple left son and daughter living in huts like as animals .The two young brother 13 year old and 12 year old ,and girl 7 year old was living in the Kandal Province in the old hut because they father have a new wife after they mother die 2 year ago .And they father never come back for look them 2 year ago too .So they need to humanitarian for help .
