The victim name Seak Seang 52 years old, factory wheel living at Angsnoul District .Before the scene he always stay alone every night in the factory wheel and when they arrived at 01 09 2015 by don't saw the victim open his factory wheel ,the motor taxi name Sok Samart 37 years old was open the door saw ,victims dead and he call to other neighbors.
